My name is Norma Gonzalez. I began my career in the medical field only two short years ago obtaining an Associates of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration. CHMA graciously hired me on as a medical biller/coder, after I completed my externship. Being a part of the billing department team here at CHMA has been a great experience. It’s very fulfilling to be able to assist our patients with all their billing needs; I look forward to many more years of service here.

My name is Raquel Hurtado. I am the Head biller/coder at CHMA. I have worked for CHMA for 8 years. I have an Associates of Science degree in Healthcare Administration. I have been working in the medical field for 15 years. I truly enjoy working in the billing department. We have an outstanding team. I am always ready and willing to assist any questions or concerns regarding billing matters for our patients.

My name is Melissa Martinez. I work as a Medical Biller/ Front Office. I have worked at CHMA for 3 years now with great pleasure in servicing to the patients. I strive to help patients with their billing and also in any way that I can. In my free time I like to go to concerts, football games and spending time with my family.
